Geneseo came out on top against Pavilion on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run seventh inning. The Blue Devils won by a run and slipped past the Gldn Gophers 6-5. The Blue Devils haven't had any issues with the Gldn Gophers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Oren Ray, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Preston Granger was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Geneseo's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Pavilion, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-7.
