Tyrone had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bishop Carroll Huskies. The Golden Eagles were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Huskies, so the Golden Eagles were just returning the favor.

Despite the loss, Bishop Carroll still got an impressive performance from Lily Ann Strait, who had ten assists and nine digs.

Bishop Carroll's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, Tyrone and Bishop Carroll will both be playing Bellefonte the next time they take the court. The Huskies will head out to face the Raiders at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Golden Eagles will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
