Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Springfield). They took down the Ridley Raiders 65-48 on Thursday. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 151st, while the Raiders are ranked 339th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Springfield pushed their record up to 9-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Ridley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Springfield will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Conestoga at 2:00 p.m. As for Ridley, they are taking a road trip to take on Strath Haven at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
