Basketball Recap: Skyline Prep Open Takes a Loss

Skyline Prep Open was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 73-41 loss at the hands of the Premier Prep- PHHoenix Open Fire Frogs. The game marked the Bengals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Premier Prep- PHHoenix Open to victory, but perhaps none more so than Braylon Haman, who almost dropped a double-double with 16 points and nine steals. Haman is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 25 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabe Enyinwa, who almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine boards.

Skyline Prep Open's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Premier Prep- PHHoenix Open, their victory bumped their record up to 25-3.

As of now, neither Skyline Prep Open nor Premier Prep- PHHoenix Open have any future games scheduled.
