Soccer Game Preview: Valley Center vs. Fallbrook

The Valley Center Jaguars will square off against the Fallbrook Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Fallbrook is facing Valley Center at the wrong time: Valley Center suffered their first home loss of the season on Tuesday and they're likely out for redemption. They lost 4-0 to the Broncos. The shutout was out of character for the Jaguars seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in December of 2024.

Meanwhile, Fallbrook kept a clean sheet against Escondido on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Cougars. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Sophia Fredrick was the driving force of Fallbrook's attack as she scored both of Fallbrook's goals, bringing her season total up to five goals.

Fallbrook's victory bumped their record up to 7-4-2. As for Valley Center, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-2-1.
