Coal Ridge has gone 9-1 against Aspen recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Titans will head out on the road to face off against the Skiers at 6:00 p.m. Coal Ridge will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last.

Coal Ridge is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Everything went their way against Vail Mountain on Tuesday as they made off with a 7-2 victory. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 5-1.

Meanwhile, neither Aspen nor Grand Valley could gain the upper hand on Saturday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. That draw made it three straight for Aspen.

Their goal came courtesy of Ryan Nitti, who's now up to four this season.

Coal Ridge's win bumped their record up to 6-2-1. Aspen's draw makes their record 2-2-3 this season.

Coal Ridge took their victory against Aspen when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 6-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
