Foothill won the last time they faced Clark and things went their way on Friday too. The Falcons narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Chargers 6-5. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.

Makoa Elliott was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two triples, two RBI, and one run. Those two triples gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Thayne Watson, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Foothill's record is now 19-8-1. As for Clark, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-12.

Looking ahead, Foothill will face off against Las Vegas at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clark, they will be playing at home against Doral Academy Red Rock at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Chargers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Dragons have averaged an impressive 7.9 runs per game this season.
