Dixon came tearing into Saturday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the River Ridge Wildcats by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Dukes & Duchesses, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Dixon had a senior duo take command as Morgan Hargrave had ten kills and ten digs and Presley Lappin had six assists and four digs. Hargrave is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least six every time she's taken the court this season.

Dixon's record now sits at 5-0. As for River Ridge, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Dixon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Erie-Prophetstown on the 6th. As for River Ridge, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Pearl City on the 6th.
