Soccer Recap: Bethany Christian Gets the Win

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Bethany Christian walked away with it. They had just enough and edged out the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints 1-0 on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for Bethany Christian: when they faced off against Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger back in September, they had to take a 4-2 loss.

Bethany Christian's one-goal win came courtesy of Orion Nice, who's now up to five this season.

Bethany Christian has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5-2 record this season. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 8-6-1 record.

Bethany Christian has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against West Noble on the 8th. Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
