With a playoff win on the line, Holy Cross rose to the challenge on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 80-49 win over the Elk Lake Warriors. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 20 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Holy Cross' ninth in a row) raised their record to 22-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points over those games. As for Elk Lake, they moved to 14-4 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Holy Cross has already played their next contest, a 61-50 defeat against Riverside on the 27th. Elk Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
