Cannelton lost to Lighthouse Christian Academy back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Cannelton Bulldogs sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 41-39 win over the Lighthouse Christian Academy Lions. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Cannelton's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Lighthouse Christian Academy, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Cannelton has already played their next contest, a 38-34 defeat against Columbus Christian on the 14th. As for Lighthouse Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 56-27 loss against Seven Oaks Classical on the 14th.
