Football Game Preview: Golder Panthers vs. DRW College Prep Cheetahs + Official Tickets

The Golder Panthers will take on the DRW College Prep Cheetahs at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Golder has given up an average of 34.4 points per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 70-6, which was the final score in Golder's tilt against The Noble Academy on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Griffins: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for DRW College Prep, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Noble Street College Prep 36-8. The high-scoring effort was just what the Cheetahs needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

DRW College Prep now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Golder, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Golder came up short against DRW College Prep in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, falling 24-12. Can the Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
