Basketball Recap: Bishop O'connell Takes Down Nationally-Ranked Sidwell Friends

Bishop O'Connell and Sidwell Friends (ranked 62nd and 13th in the MaxPreps national rankings respectively) squared off in a high-profile game on Saturday. The Bishop O'Connell Knights pulled ahead with a 46-45 photo finish over the Sidwell Friends Quakers. The 46-point effort marked the Knights' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Bishop O'Connell got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Shane Lincoln out in front who posted nine points and five boards. Aiden Caulker was another key player, putting up ten points and three steals.
