Volleyball Recap: Bishop Alemany Takes a Loss

Bishop Alemany was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines, falling 3-0. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Wolverines when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-12, 25-18.

Bishop Alemany's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Harvard-Westlake, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bishop Alemany will face off against rival Loyola at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Harvard-Westlake is set to challenge their familiar foe Chaminade at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
