After a string of three wins, Shead's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell to the Narraguagus Knights 50-44. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 49-46 back in December of 2024.

Shead now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Narraguagus, they moved to 3-10 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shead will head out to take on Deer Isle-Stonington at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Shead is facing Deer Isle-Stonington at the right time seeing as Deer Isle-Stonington is stuck on a 14-game losing streak. As for Narraguagus, they will head out on the road to square off against Machias at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
