Soccer Recap: West Scranton Takes a Loss

The matchup between West Scranton and Mountain View on Thursday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Invaders came up short against the Eagles, falling 7-1. West Scranton were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Elian Nunez, which was the first he's scored this season.

West Scranton's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Mountain View, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-1-1 record this season.
