Flag Football Recap: Rocky Mount Triumphs

Rocky Mount proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by 20) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Nash Central Bulldogs 10-7.

Za'Nadiyah Harris threw for 27 yards on three of five attempts. Peyton Spriggs was her top target, picking up 32 receiving yards. On the ground, Miracle Farmer rushed for 33 yards.

Rocky Mount now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Nash Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Rocky Mount wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-0 victory against Fike on the 6th. As for Nash Central, they will host Southern Nash at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
