After losing to Warrensburg the last time they met, KIPP Legacy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. KIPP Legacy snuck past the Warrensburg Tigers with a 52-48 victory on Tuesday.

KIPP Legacy pushed their record up to 5-7 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.7 points per game. As for Warrensburg, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

KIPP Legacy has already played their next match, a 45-39 victory against Plattsburg on the 31st. As for Warrensburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 68-46 loss against Jefferson City on the 30th.
