Baseball Recap: Peabody Comes Up Short

After flying high against Halls last Tuesday, Peabody came back down to earth. Peabody lost 15-4 to the Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado on Thursday.

Peabody saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Banks McDaniel, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Chandler Milan also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Peabody now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Paducah Tilghman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Peabody has already played their next match (against Lakeland Preparatory), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Paducah Tilghman, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 12-0 win against Halls on the 28th.
