Basketball Recap: McClain Takes a Loss

McClain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 59-39 to the Jackson Ironman/Ironladies. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 532nd, while the Ironman/Ironladies are ranked 167th).

McClain's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-7. As for Jackson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-3.

McClain didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 56-49 loss against Zane Trace on the 25th. As for Jackson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 59-34 victory against Alexander on the 25th.
