Calhoun County put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Pelham Hornets, posting a 78-44 win. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 24 points or more this season.

Pelham lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Kevin Taylor, who posted nine points and seven rebounds. Taylor is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last five games he's played. Micheal Battle was another key player, putting up six points and nine boards.

Calhoun County pushed their record up to 15-0 with the victory, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 80.4 points per game. As for Pelham, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.
