The Richmond Hill Lions will square off against the Beacon Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Richmond Hill is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.

On Thursday, Richmond Hill made easy work of Cardozo and carried off a 9-2 victory. The win continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Judges: they've now won five in a row.

Anaiscio Ortiz was incredible, going 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. He also hit a triple, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Adrian Hernandez V, who scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Beacon sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-6 victory over Our Lady of Lourdes on Wednesday.

Richmond Hill's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Beacon, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
