Baseball Recap: Eisenhower Comes Up Short

Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 7-6 heartbreaker at the hands of the Junction City Bluejays. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by just one run.

Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Junction City, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-13.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Eisenhower beat the Bluejays by a score of 11-1 later that day.
