Soccer Recap: Largo Takes a Loss

Largo lost against Friendly back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lions came up short against the Patriots, falling 4-0.

Largo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Friendly, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Largo will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Fairmont Heights at 3:00 p.m. on October 16. As for Friendly, they will face off against International High School at Largo at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. International High School at Largo have yet to allow a single goal through four matchups this season, a streak Friendly will look to end.
