It was a good run, but Greeneville unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Monday. They lost 12-2 to the Grainger Grizzlies. Surprisingly, this marked the Greene Devils' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Kaley Garland was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run. Another player making a difference was Kyla Jobe, who went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases and one double.

Greeneville's defeat dropped their record down to 18-14. As for Grainger, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-8.

As of now, neither Greeneville nor the Grizzlies have any future games scheduled.
