Volleyball Recap: Teague Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Teague had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Groesbeck Goats by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

Teague was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 25 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-0, 24-26, 25-0.

Despite the loss, Groesbeck still got an impressive performance from Mallory Meyer, who had 17 digs and one assist.

Teague's victory bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Groesbeck, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 24-17.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Teague is set to challenge their familiar foe Elkhart at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Groesbeck will face off against rival Westwood at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
