E.D. White had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They never let the Bourgeois Braves get on the board and left with a 15-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won 11 matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Emma Mahler was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Bree Pech was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

E.D. White pushed their record up to 16-9 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Bourgeois, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

Looking ahead, E.D. White will square off against North Vermilion at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bourgeois, they will challenge De La Salle at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
