Basketball Game Preview: New Lima Falcons vs. Konawa Tigers

New Lima is 1-9 against Konawa since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Falcons will be home for the holidays to greet the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

New Lima lost 49-24 to Paden on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 132nd, while the Pirates are ranked 30th).

Meanwhile, Konawa was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Monday as they fell 37-33 to Strother.

New Lima's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Konawa, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
