Volleyball Game Preview: Fairfield Christian Academy Knights vs. Grove City Christian Eagles

The Fairfield Christian Academy Knights will take on the Grove City Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Fairfield Christian Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Millersport, taking the game 3-1.

The win didn't come easy: Millersport scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 22-25, 25-23, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Grove City Christian entered their tilt with Bishop Rosecrans on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Bishops 3-0.

Grove City Christian never let Bishop Rosecrans on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-14, 25-17.

Fairfield Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Grove City Christian, their win bumped their record up to 14-6.

Fairfield Christian Academy might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Grove City Christian when the teams last played back in September.
