Baseball Recap: Male Takes a Loss

Male lost against St. Xavier back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 4-3. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kellen Goodman made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one triple and one RBI. That triple was his first of the season.

Male now has a losing record of 18-19. As for St. Xavier, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 20 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Male nor St. Xavier have any future games scheduled.
