After a string of 13 wins, Eau Claire North's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of the Barron Golden Bears by a score of 2-1. Eau Claire North is on the road again on Thursday to play Eau Claire Memorial at 7:00 p.m. Eau Claire Memorial is coming into the contest with five straight victories at home, so Eau Claire North will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum. As for Barron, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 win against New Richmond on the 5th.
