Volleyball Recap: Bath Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Bath lost against Shawnee back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Indians. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-8, 25-10.

Leading Shawnee to victory were Chelsea Burkholder and Sami Rettig. Burkholder had five aces and four digs, while Rettig had 13 digs and three aces. What's more, Burkholder racked up 40 assists, the most she's had over her last six matches.

Bath's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Shawnee, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Bath wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against North Central on the 6th. As for Shawnee, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Ottoville on the 6th.
