Volleyball Recap: Colony Has No Trouble Against Chugiak

Colony extended their postseason success on Friday against Chugiak. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mustangs. The game was the first time the Knights have beaten the Mustangs on their court since August 24, 2024.

While Colony might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Chugiak scored at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 25-21.

Colony is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 36-18-2 record this season. As for Chugiak, their loss ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 33-16-1.

Coincidentally, Colony and Chugiak will both be playing Dimond the next time they take the court. The Knights will head out to face the Lynx on Saturday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
