Hand proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by 28) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Amity Regional Spartans, sneaking past 47-44. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now won five in a row.

Hand's victory bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Amity Regional, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-10.

Looking ahead, Hand will face off against Mercy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hand will need to watch out since Mercy has now posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups. Amity Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
