Recap: Channelview Falcons vs. College Park Cavaliers
This season hasn't been kind to the Channelview Falcons, who are still winless after their seventh matchup. They were outmatched by College Park at home and fell 91-39. Channelview was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-7.
Martez James continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for College Park, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 11 rebounds. The game was James' third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Aiden Buckmon, who scored 16 points.
Channelview's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for College Park, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.
Channelview will face off against Cypress Ridge at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Cypress Ridge presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Channelview in Texas (Cypress Ridge is ranked 646th, while Channelview is ranked 1325th). College Park is on the road again on Saturday and play against Ball at 12:00 p.m. on December 2nd. One thing working in Ball's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
