Basketball Recap: Brentwood Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Brentwood, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They strolled past the Centennial Cougars with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 57-41. Given the Bruins' advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the Cougars are ranked 109th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Brentwood pushed their record up to 14-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Centennial, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.
