Volleyball Recap: Routt Catholic Comes Up Short

Routt Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glenwood Titans. The Rockets were not able to make up for their loss to the Titans from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-7.

Grace Cleveland paced Routt Catholic's offense, picking up three kills. Cleveland were helped by Kaylin Rohn and Ali Eoff, who contributed two assists each.

Routt Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Glenwood, they pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Routt Catholic has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Metro-East Lutheran on the 30th. As for Glenwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Springfield on the 30th.
