Two dominant guards in Khamai Orange and Josiah Hutson are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Delaware County Christian Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Chester Charter Scholars Academy Sabers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Delaware County Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 matchups.
Last Thursday, Delaware County Christian strolled past Philadelphia Montgomery Christian Academy with points to spare, taking the game 76-57. The win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won four in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Delaware County Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Orange, who went 7-for-13 en route to 21 points along with eight assists and six rebounds. Orange's evening made it 13 games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. Beau Lyren was another key player, going 6-for-11 on his way to 18 points and six assists.
Orange wasn't the only one working in the assist department: Delaware County Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in February of 2024.
Meanwhile, Chester Charter Scholars Academy had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with an 81-68 victory over the Pioneers.
Delaware County Christian better keep an eye on Jah Sabb. He was instrumental in Chester Charter Scholars Academy's win, going 12-for-19 to rack up 34 points and seven boards. With that strong performance, Sabb is now averaging an impressive 15.6 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Maurice Barnes, who went 5-for-8 en route to 12 points and five rebounds.
Chester Charter Scholars Academy's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.2 points over those games. As for Delaware County Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 22-2.
Delaware County Christian was able to grind out a solid win over Chester Charter Scholars Academy in their previous meeting back in January, winning 85-75. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Sabb, who went 10-for-25 on his way to 29 points in addition to eight boards and six assists.
