Baseball Recap: St. Paul's Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses at Home

There's no place like home for St. Paul, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Hammond Tornadoes a 10-0 shutout on Saturday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wolves considering their two-run performance the game before.

St. Paul's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-12. As for Hammond, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-16.

St. Paul's will have a chance to go back-to-back against Hammond: the pair will be back at it again later today.
