Volleyball Recap: South Gwinnett Takes a Loss + How To Watch

South Gwinnett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the North Oconee Titans.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-7.

Cydni Walker paced South Gwinnett's offense, picking up two kills. Walker got some help from Blessing Onyeanula and her two assists. Walker was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

South Gwinnett's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for North Oconee, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.

Coincidentally, South Gwinnett and North Oconee will both be playing Jackson County the next time they take the court. The Comets will head out to face the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Titans will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
