Basketball Recap: South Gwinnett Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Grayson, South Gwinnett was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They skirted past the Rockdale County Bulldogs 71-69. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Comets as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

South Gwinnett's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Rockdale County, they moved to 11-6 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Gwinnett will head out to challenge Heritage at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rockdale County, they will take on Grayson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
