Byron Nelson strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Wylie East Raiders by a score of 2-0.

Byron Nelson never let Wylie East on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-15.

Kylie Kleckner paced Byron Nelson's offense, picking up 12 kills. Kleckner got some help from Sophee Peterson and her 25 assists. Kleckner was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Byron Nelson's victory bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Wylie East, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6.

Coming up, Byron Nelson will take on Eagle Mountain in a tournament on Friday. As for Wylie East, they will be taking part in a tournament against Cleburne at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
