Volleyball Recap: Grand Blanc Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Pariss Keahey Harris and Ella Stevenson

Grand Blanc lost against Davison back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bobcats lost 3-0 to the Cardinals. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-19, 25-13.

Ella Stevenson and Pariss Keahey Harris certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Stevenson had five digs and two aces, while Keahey Harris had six assists and four digs. Stevenson is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Davison to victory, but perhaps none more so than Berklee Stimson, who had 17 assists and five digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Adelynn Wilcox, who had eight digs.

Grand Blanc's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14-2. As for Davison, the victory was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1.

Coincidentally, Grand Blanc and Davison will both be playing Carman-Ainsworth the next time they take the court. The Bobcats will head out to face the Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Cardinals will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
