Basketball Recap: Cole's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Cole extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Nolan Richardson. The Cougars took their contest on Thursday with ease, bagging a 62-22 victory over the Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) for which the team can thank Richardson, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds. Richardson is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Jayvin Ybarra was another key player, putting up 16 points and five steals. He also put up a block, which was his first of the season.

Cole's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Uvalde, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.

Cole didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 68-16 victory against Jones on the 21st. As for Uvalde, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 64-27 loss against South San Antonio on the 21st.
