Volleyball Recap: Stonewall Jackson Comes Up Short

Stonewall Jackson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Luray Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Stonewall Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Luray, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Stonewall Jackson will head out to challenge Riverheads at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Luray, they will square off against Clarke County at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
