Volleyball Recap: Deep Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Deep Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Nansemond River Warriors, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Deep Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Nansemond River, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 9-8.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Deep Creek is set to take on their familiar foe King's Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Nansemond River will square off against rival Indian River at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
