Volleyball Recap: Toombs County Takes a Loss

Toombs County lost against Savannah Christian back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs fell 2-0 to the Raiders. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-20.

Toombs County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Savannah Christian, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-3.

Coming up, Toombs County is taking a road trip to square off against Woodville-Tompkins at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Savannah Christian and Bluffton will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
