Battlefield is a perfect 10-0 against Osbourn since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Battlefield will be playing in front of their home fans against Osbourn at 6:00 p.m. Battlefield is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.

On Friday, Battlefield earned a 5-2 victory over Osbourn Park.

Olivia Morse spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on three hits. Those hits were her first of the season.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jaylen Wright, who scored a run while going 1-for-4. McKenzie Pittman was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Osbourn lost 16-4 to Gainesville on Friday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Osbourn saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was MacKenzie Fitterer, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one double. Another was Lily Donahue, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Even though they lost, Osbourn hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most three strikeouts every time they've taken the field this season.

The win got Battlefield back to even at 2-2. As for Osbourn, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-2.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Battlefield has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Osbourn struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 4.2 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.

Battlefield took their victory against Osbourn in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 10-0. Does Battlefield have another victory up their sleeve, or will Osbourn turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
