The Grizzlies sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Ramblers on Monday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Grizzlies as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Greenleaf Friends Academy took Cascade into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 21-25, 15-25, 25-15, 15-12.

Greenleaf Friends Academy's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 2-8. As for Cascade, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
