Volleyball Recap: Basehor-Linwood Comes Up Short

Basehor-Linwood was the 2-1 winner over Wamego when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bobcats fell 2-0 to the Red Raiders on Wednesday.

Basehor-Linwood was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22.

Basehor-Linwood's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11-2. As for Wamego, their record is now 14-16.

Coincidentally, Basehor-Linwood and Wamego will both be playing Silver Lake the next time they take the court. The Red Raiders will head out to face the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Bobcats will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
